A rare decommissioned fire truck in the 1995 Nissan Safari Patrol 4×4 featuring right-hand-drive. Due to the low mileage & the truck being decommissioned it can be assumed that it has not been used all that much. Now for sale by the 2nd owner who has had the truck since October 2022 after importing it from Japan. There are no accidents or claims of any kind reported under current ownership & none under initial ownership mentioned at time of purchase by current owners. It recently passed it’s inspection.

This fire truck is quite rare as only 2763 have ever been built from 1987-1996. It has all of its accessories including the sirens & megaphone which are in working order. The water pump should be in working order as well, the seller reported that they tried to get it running but were unsuccessful due to the fact it is all in Japanese. They started the pump but couldn’t get it to suck water; an assumption is because they need to prime it. Instructions were found by the seller that may help the buyer.

No work has been to the truck under current ownership. It reportedly runs, drives & brakes with no hiccups. It is powered by a 4.2L TB42 Inline-6 spinning the rear or all 4 wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission & a dual-range transfer case.
